Danielle is a former neuroscience reseacher turned actress/writer living in Brooklyn NY. Having spent her childhood in Illinois and North Carolina, she went to college and worked in pharmaceutical research in Boston, MA. There she competed in the Miss Massachusetts and Miss Massachusetts USA systems from 2008-2011, always placing as a finalist, but never winning. She left the pharmaceutical industry to perform at the American Repertory Theater in the Tony award-winning Diane Paulus's Donkey Show for 2 years. In 2012 she appeared as Jenny in Fairhaven, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, alongside Chris Messina and Sarah Paulson. In 2014 she wrote and performed sketch comedy full-time for Shadowbox Live! in Columbus OH before returning home to NYC, where she works as a personal trainer, dances awkwardly for the internet at @awkwarddance. She recently wrote, produced, and performed in the web series IT Girls (https://www.itgirls.show), premiering at NYC WebFest in October 2019, with some other VERY funny ladies from Upright Citizen's Brigade.
